Craig was fantastic, as did the rest of the staff. Honesty and client satisfaction comes first here, and it indeed shows. All the staff are patient and willing to help you find the right car/truck without feeling pressured. Craig was accommodating with picking out vehicles and what met my needs and what didn’t. I settled on a new Bronco, which is pretty tricky to find. I got the call to tell me one was on the truck, and I was at the dealership in minutes. Dealers have been selling them well over MSRP and getting them it with no problem; this was not my case. I paid sticker with no mention of markups. I buy at Braden exclusively because of the way I am treated.
